COMPANY BACKGROUND
All Phase, Incorporated (All Phase) was founded over 20 years ago in 1985. The company is located West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County in the state of Florida. All Phase specializes in structural masonry construction and provides professional services statewide to public as well as private entities.
All Phase was founded by president, John H. Elliott who has over 30 year experience in the construction industry. Academic affiliation includes, but not limited to institutions such as the American Estimating Institute, Quest Solutions Estimating Institution, Gomaco School of Construction and Machinery, Florida Atlantic University, and Palm Beach Community College.
All Phase is also a proud member of the following associations: The Associated General Contractors of America, Minority Business Organization, WPB Black Chamber of Commerce, The Better Business Bureau, SunCoast Chamber of Commerce, and the Palm Beach County Advisory Committee, and several others.

As a builder and finisher of masonry construction for commercial as well as residential structures, we are committed to excellence and the highest level of quality in services we provide. We are also committed to delivering such quality performance to our smallest customers as well as our largest customers, without exception or conditions.

Over the years, All Phase has maintained strong business partnerships and affiliations with recognized industry leaders in the construction business such as C.R. Klewin Southeast, Inc., Hardrives, Inc., Catalfumo Construction, Ltd., Ranger Construction, Inc., CSR Rinker Materials, Turner Construction, Weitz Company, Inc., Centex Rooney, The Tower Group and several more.
Public and Private Contracts
Over the years, All Phase, Inc. has been providing services in the public arena through two distinct industry segments: Curb and sidewalk, and Structural masonry.
Curb and sidewalk contracts involve services to road and highways for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and County entities. Structural masonry contracts involve commercial projects for various facilities including educational, medical, correctional, water treatment plants, airports, etc.
Private construction contracts include residential projects such as town homes, apartment buildings, retirement facilities, and single family homes with nationally known companies such as Hovranian Home Builders, Ryland Homes, Sun Tree Builders, Mercedes Homes, Weitz, and Suffolk Companies.
